It does not apply to information we process on behalf of our clients inside their own websites, stores, CRMs, or ad platforms. For that data, we act as a processor/service provider under a services agreement or data processing addendum (DPA).

A. You provide directly

  • Account credentials you choose to share for work (temporary access, staging logins).

  • Billing details (business address, tax info; payment tokens handled by our payment processor).

B. Automatic data (website/analytics)

  • Device and usage info: IP address, browser, OS, pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs.

  • Cookies or similar tech for site performance, analytics, and preferences.

C. From third parties (where permitted)

  • Lead sources (e.g., Calendly/booking, HubSpot/CRM, referral partners).

  • Public sources (LinkedIn, business websites).

  • Payment processors (payment confirmations, not full card numbers).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, health data).

3) How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve our website, services, and support.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

10) Children

Our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

California (CCPA/CPRA) residents have the right to request:

  • Correction of inaccurate personal information.

If you access our site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

13) Client Data We Process on Your Behalf

When our clients provide access to their systems, websites, stores, or CRMs, we act as a processor/service provider and process data per the client’s instructions. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business directly to exercise your privacy rights. We can support our clients in responding to such requests.

14) Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.

15) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
